Let it snow!

Well, we skipped fall in Rexburg and went straight to winter! It snowed
all weekend and was blowing like "heck" here! Luckily nothing stuck to the ground much, I hear Utah got it much worse. We turned on the fireplace and cuddled up with hot chocolate and blankets to watch movies. Mitchel finished up football, they did well and we were glad they missed playing in the snow! The kids have had the week off for "spud" harvest. This week we plan to "gleen" the fields, get the extras, and we are looking forward to having REAL IDAHO SPUDS! Pictures to come next week of that adventure!
Happy Harvesting!

Eastern Idaho is good at playing and working in snow-covered environments! I remember one year snow came in October and finally melted in May! Looks like some fun games down there, glad to see that you're getting settled. You're sure missed on this side of the state!

Wasn't that a "fun" weekend! We had between 12 and 15 inches outside our RV in Heyburn. Howard "shoveled" snow with the broom!! Glad to hear you're enjoying Rexburg. We will hopefully be through sometime -- when it's warm and sunny!!

You know you're in SouthEast Idaho when you get a week of school for harvesting spuds. Gotta love it!! Looking forward to the potato pics.
