It has been crazy week to say the least. Life can be like a race. It seems like there are times when it is an easy sprint and others when you have to go the distance. Marc's brother, Matt got really sick last week and ended up in the hospital. It then got so bad he was taken up to Spokane to receive special care. He is fighting hard and we are hopeful he will be ok, but this race is a long one for him. We continue to pray for Matt and his sweet family.

Avarie running the relay. Her relay team placed 2nd in the 4x100 and 3rd in the 4x200 at the Boise YMCA Invite. It was fun to be there and we hope to go back in a few weeks for the State Meet.

Katelyn is playing tennis and doing great at it. She has a wicked backhand and a power serve!

Trey and Kindra are running "Pacers" at recess. Once they reach 50 miles for the year they get to go on a fun end-of-the-year field trip.

No matter what race we have to run in life, there are always those you love cheering you on, giving you the motivation to finish the race. Sometimes we fall, sometimes we have obstacles to overcome, but no matter where we come in at the finish line....we should be proud we finished!
