Trey had his Kindergarten Graduation last week and I asked him what he wanted for a special treat? His very own Jamba Juice! They do a little circus along with the graduation and it was great! Trey was one of the strong men. So funny!

Here are all the kids dressed up. Lions, Elephants, Clowns....
Trey and his friend Tyler after they graduated. A very fun day!

State Track was lots of fun. The weather was cold, but the races were hot! Mitch and Trey were good sports too...here they are waiting for the race to start.... Here is Avarie waiting for the race....
and she is off.....she got her team in second place.......then turning the corner they were in third....and ended up getting fifth...Not as good as they had thought, but still good.

They got on the podium and received medals. We drove home the next day and hit a huge snow storm in Mt. Home!! This is suppost to be MAY! One week till summer break :) SUMMER.

Tennis anyone?

Last week Katelyn had her last tennis match. Though the season has been crummy as far as weather goes, Kate is HOT when it comes to playing this game. She has a wicked back hand. She has found her groove and this is it. You will find her at the courts most of the summer:) Nice Serve
What focus.

This is her doubles partner, Laura, they make quite the team! Way to go Katelyn!

Mitch

Mitch had a birthday last week. He is now a teenager. I just want to tell you what an amazing kid he really is. He has a smile that melts the girls.... He is a great example to his younger brother....
See what I mean.....

Besides being a great basketball player, drummer and student he has a hidden talent. He was in a play last week that the 7th graders did at school. He was a peasant boy. He did GREAT!
I guess I did know he was good at acting?...in some situations.
Here he is with a bunch of kids from school all dressed up for the play. I am so proud of him and what a hard worker he is! Just remember, your mom is the only girl you can smile at...for now!
I Love you buddy!

Running from one thing to another

We find ourselves in a race all the time. Running from one thing to another..... Mitchel's track meets, Katelyn's tennis matches (pictures coming in next blog)
Kindra's Piano Festival at BYU-Idaho. She received a 98% from the judge on her pieces.

Avarie's track meets: She was invited to the YMCA Invitational in Boise last weekend and their 4x100 relay team placed 2nd and had a personal best time. Hoping to make it back there to State Track in a few weeks.
Life is a race.... I just wish they would stop moving the finish line. I am ready to be done and have summer come. Now, where did I put MY power bar? I need energy!
