Contacts

She didn't want me to do it..... tell you about what Katelyn experienced last week. (sorry I am going to anyway) She went to the eye doctor and our worries were confirmed. She had 20/80 vision. She couldn't even read the top of the eye chart...She looked over at me and giggled. The plants now have leaves, the chemistry tables on the wall at school now have colors, clocks can be seen across the room now, the world seems picture perfect and brighter! Contacts are amazing things. But Katleyn has always seen things in such a postivie light. I am just glad she can have more joy in her all ready happy and exciting life. (I love you Kate!) Oh, and with starting drivers ed next month...it is really good she can see!

Aunts

Life has been crazy busy with basketball, band, jr. miss, piano, PHD work and homework...no time to even take pictures...so I thought I would spotlight two very special people in our lives...
We are so blessed to have Aunt Carol and Aunt Mariel living close by. We have missed our family so much since we moved and they have shown us so much love and attention. They come to our basketball games, take us out to icecream, send us coupons and give us lots of hugs! They make us feel so special. We love you! Thanks for all you do for us!
