I know you were thinking JERRY SLOAN right? No, Avarie's basketball career has come to an end. They were 2nd in their district, their only losses came to a top ranked Rigby team..but the play-in game to the state championship just wasn't in the cards. They lost to a very physical Boise team. It is so sad,.... no more games....
No more assemblies...their team traveled to all the elementary schools in the area to present a "Helping Hands" assembly. Lots of singing, dancing, and getting the kids excited!
No more goodies and treat bags for the team....
No more team dinners....it was so fun to hear the girls laughing and telling stories in our home.
The bright side....maybe without basketball, she will have a little more time for this....?? Her basketball team asked the boys basketball team to the Valentines Dance. She had a blast and is a little more stress free....when it comes to baksetball of course. :)

Oh man, I remember missing basketball so much! But the feeling of free time will be WONDERFUL. Speaking of free time, she should come give me some hair styling tips. . . her dance picture is gorgeous! That is one lucky guy :)
